Join us!</p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>This job is responsible for providing reporting support including leading the development work for automated reporting solutions serving one or more lines of business or business disciplines. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining systems of knowledge delivered via easy to navigate automated self-serve business intelligence solutions. Job expectations include working with business partners to understand client needs, creating solutions to meet those needs and leading aspects of the end to end development and deployment of the required reporting and analytical solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><span>Leads critical aspects in the development and maintenance of innovative automated business intelligence solutions, supporting data-driven business decisions</span></li><li><span>Designs, develops, and maintains automated data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from various database platforms, storing data in ‘Fit for Use’ relational tables</span></li><li><span>Leads analysis of disparate database sources including relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes</span></li><li><span>Ensures on-time delivery of work while following established procedures and quality guidelines</span></li><li><span>Partners with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications</span></li><li><span>Creates and maintains required standard documentation including metadata, detailed workflows documenting program, and desktop procedures</span></li><li><span>Works collaboratively in a cross-functional team, processing information from colleagues and providing routine updates during meetings related to projects</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><span>Solid understanding of data gathering tools</span></li><li><span>Proficient with business intelligence reporting tools</span></li><li><span>5+ years of relevant experience</span></li><li><span>Experience with systems functional analysis, technology business analysis, and basic understanding of the different technical platforms, databases, and related technologies</span></li><li><span>Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server, Tableau, MS Excel (functions and formulas) and MS PowerPoint</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of software version control systems such as BIT/GIT Bucket</span></li><li><span>Ability to translate high level business requirements into technical data requirements</span></li><li><span>Great communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to work efficiently both in a team environment and alone and unsupervised</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li><span>Advanced knowledge of Tableau</span></li><li><span>Intermediate knowledge of Alteryx</span></li><li><span>Data Mining Experience using SQL/SAS querying</span></li><li><span>Understanding of Reporting Data Governance</span></li><li><span>High aptitude for self-motivation and self-determined project work</span></li><li><span>Process designer experience</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills</b>:</p><ul><li><span>Automation</span></li><li><span>Data Mining</span></li><li><span>Data Quality Management</span></li><li><span>Data Visualization</span></li><li><span>Technical Troubleshooting</span></li><li><span>Agile Practices</span></li><li><span>Business Acumen</span></li><li><span>DevOps Practices</span></li><li><span>Reporting</span></li><li><span>Technical Documentation</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>C</span><span>hange Management</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Continuous Improvement</span></li><li><span>Innovative Thinking</span></li><li><span>Production Support</span></li><li><span>Technical Strategy Development</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p></p><p></p><p><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40</div>
