Digital Content Manager

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Write and edit web postings to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Maintain and update featured stories and other site content within a WordPress environment.
- Ensure digital content is current, aligned, and consistently presented across web-based platforms.
- Coordinate with contributors and stakeholders to gather, edit, and publish content on schedule.
- Monitor content needs and proactively identify updates and improvements without waiting for direction.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital content management, web publishing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience serving in the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Hands-on experience managing and publishing content in WordPress.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create clear, accurate, user-friendly digital content.
- Experience supporting or applying knowledge management practices across shared repositories and content libraries.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must have and maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Ability to be on-site in McLean, VA full-time
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,000 to $150,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
