Manager, Cash Pricing
Job Summary
Develops and ensures proper execution for the cash pricing segment to maximize P&L. Responsible for conducting financial modeling by collecting and analyzing data to make cash pricing recommendations. Additionally, this position will lead the data analytics, collaborate with internal business partners to develop cash pricing financial forecast models and supporting documentation, and communicate the end result of such analysis to internal leadership.
Job Responsibilities- Leads execution, supports strategy development, and acts as a subject matter expert on cash pricing and related processes and analytic methodologies
- Drives and partners with cross-functional teams to develop and implement approved changes.
- Manages analyst-level and third party team members on execution activities.
- Collaborates closely with Finance and Underwriting teams to execute cash pricing changes identified for value delivery to Walgreens.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 5 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science.
- Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, business partners and leadership) and external (business community, clients and vendors) within a matrix organization to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and timelines.
- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with moderate supervision, depending upon oneself and proper delegation to resolve issues to ensure completed objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex business issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience overseeing the performance of direct or indirect reports and being held accountable for their deliverables.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Access
- Advanced level skill in Snowflake
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Master’s Degree/MBA
- Experience in advanced coding languages
- Experience utilizing business intelligence tools in support of data analytics
- Experience scoping and completing analytics.
- Experience leading pricing analysis or operations

Salary Range: $102800 - $164400 / Salaried
