Description

Telemetry / Monitor Technician at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 12-hour Night shifts.

Monitors electrocardiography according to established standards and practices. Attends nursing station and performs clerical and reception duties. Requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Completion of basic dysrhythmias course.



• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association



• Coursework/Training MOAB I/II within 30 to 150 days of hire for employees in Emergency Dept. and PARC.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Monitor Tech experience



• Coursework/Training Completion of course for ward secretaries and medical terminology.



• Coursework/Training Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
