This role will set and execute the strategy to increase card acceptance, usage, and share of wallet across priority SMB segments by translating customer needs, market trends, and data insights into scalable growth initiatives.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br> Define and own the SMB card conversion strategy focused on replacing cash, check, and ACH flows with card based solutions.<br> Identify target segments, industries, and use cases with the highest potential for card substitution.<br> Build and maintain a clear multi year roadmap aligned to SMB and payments growth priorities.<br>Growth & Commercial Execution<br> Lead initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, and spend at scale.<br> Partner with Product to shape offerings that address SMB needs such as cash flow, controls, reconciliation, and ease of use.<br> Collaborate with Sales, Channels, and Partnerships to embed card led strategies into acquisition and portfolio management.<br> Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that drive sustained behavior change.<br>Customer & Market Insight<br> Leverage data, research, and SMB feedback to understand payment behaviors and switching barriers.<br> Track competitive and fintech trends impacting SMB payment choices.<br> Translate insights into differentiated value propositions and prioritized initiatives.<br>Cross Functional Influence & Performance<br> Align stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, risk, operations, and technology.<br> Define KPIs tied to conversion, usage, spend growth, and profitability.<br> Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.<br><br>All About You<br>You are a pragmatic change agent who thrives on turning long standing behaviors into meaningful growth. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
